Sea-Dweller super clone

The serious diver, 43mm

About the Sea-Dweller

The Sea-Dweller is the Submariner's professional sibling — built for saturation divers and constructed to a higher physical standard. The 43mm case, the helium escape valve at 9 o'clock and the red 'Sea-Dweller' text on the dial are the three details a Rolex Sea-Dweller replica must get right before any other consideration.

VS Factory's Sea-Dweller runs a clone of the 3235 automatic — the same caliber at the heart of the VSF Submariner — housed in a notably thicker and heavier case. The case height on a 43mm Sea-Dweller is visibly greater than the Submariner when the two sit side by side, which is correct for the reference. The movement hacks, hand-winds and carries the same 2-year warranty as all VS Factory calibers.

The helium escape valve at 9 o'clock is correctly styled with the locking crown mechanism used on the genuine ref. 126600. The ceramic Cerachrom bezel insert on the Sea-Dweller is proportionally wider than the Submariner's, reflecting the larger case diameter, and clicks 120 detents with the same crisp action.

The red 'Sea-Dweller' text on the outer chapter ring is a defining detail of the modern reference and a common failure point in lower-grade replicas — wrong font weight, wrong colour, wrong character spacing. The VSF build renders the text correctly and it is checked as a named item in the QC photographs sent before dispatch.

The Sea-Dweller is a lower-volume reference and stock moves quickly. If the listing shows as low or unavailable, message us directly and we will confirm the current batch availability and expected restock timing.

Sea-Dweller — common questions

A clone of the Rolex 3235 automatic — the same base caliber as the VSF Submariner. It hacks, hand-winds and carries a 2-year movement warranty. The Sea-Dweller case is thicker and heavier than the Submariner to match the additional construction of the genuine reference.
Yes — the Sea-Dweller is 43mm across (versus 40–41mm for the Submariner) and visibly thicker. The lug-to-lug length is correspondingly longer and the bracelet links are proportionally heavier. It is the dominant wrist presence in the Oyster family.
The helium escape valve at 9 o'clock is correctly constructed as a screw-down, lockable valve matching the genuine ref. 126600. As with the genuine watch, the helium escape function is a saturation-diving feature and not something the watch will encounter in normal wear.
It is a lower-volume reference compared to the Submariner and Daytona — VSF produces fewer units per batch. We restock regularly but sell out quickly. Message us to be added to a notification list for the next batch.
On the genuine ref. 126600, 'SEA-DWELLER' appears in red on the chapter ring as the defining typographic detail of the modern dial. Font weight, character spacing and colour are all checked in the QC photographs. It is one of the first details collectors examine on this reference.
