Approve before you pay
Because we send QC photos of your exact piece before dispatch, most issues are caught before anything ships. If the photos aren't right, we fix it or you don't pay.
Returns
If a watch arrives not as described, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we'll arrange a return or replacement. The piece must be unworn and in its original condition.
2-year movement warranty
Every watch carries a 2-year warranty on the movement. If the caliber develops a fault under normal wear, we repair or replace it.
