QC photos first
Nothing ships until you approve it. Once your order is ready, we photograph the exact piece against its reference and send the images to you. Only after you're happy do we dispatch.
Processing time
Most in-stock references are photographed and ready to ship within 1–3 business days. If a reference needs to be sourced, we'll tell you the timeline up front.
Delivery
Worldwide shipping is fully tracked and typically arrives in 2–5 business days once dispatched. Free shipping applies to orders over $2,000.
Discreet packaging
Every parcel is plain and unbranded, with no mention of the contents on the outside. Tracking is shared with you directly.
Customs & duties
