Independent retailer
VS Factory is an independent retailer. We are not affiliated with, authorised by, or endorsed by Rolex SA or any other watch manufacturer. All brand names and references are used solely to describe the design a piece is modelled on.
About the products
The watches we sell are high-grade replica (homage) timepieces — not genuine manufacturer products. We describe each piece honestly, including the cloned movement and factory, so you know exactly what you are buying.
Orders & payment
Placing an order is a request to buy. We confirm stock and send QC photos before payment is arranged over a secure channel. An order is final once payment is confirmed and you've approved the QC photos.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. The 2-year movement warranty covers caliber faults under normal wear; it does not cover misuse, accidental damage or water exposure beyond the rated resistance.
