The GMT-Master II is defined by its two-tone Cerachrom bezel and a true 24-hour complication — the independent hour hand that lets you track a second time zone at a glance. A replica GMT Master that lacks a functional quickset GMT hand is missing the entire point of the watch. The VS Factory build gets both right.
Our GMT-Master II runs a clone of the Rolex 3285 caliber, which adds a genuine 24-hour GMT complication with an independently adjustable hour hand. The local hour can be quickset in one-hour increments without stopping the seconds hand — the same behaviour as the genuine caliber. The 3285 clone also hacks and hand-winds, with a 2-year warranty on the movement.
The two-tone Cerachrom bezel is produced as a single fused ceramic insert — not two separate pieces. The colour transition on a Pepsi (blue-red) or Batman (blue-black) bezel is where most factory clones fail: the split must land at exactly 12 o'clock. VSF's insert achieves a crisp, clean colour boundary with no bleed or misalignment, and the colour is checked under direct light in every QC photograph.
We carry all four major bezel colour combinations: Pepsi (blue-red), Batman (blue-black), Sprite (green-black) and Bruce Wayne (all-black). All four share the same 3285-clone movement, the same 40mm Oyster case and the choice of Jubilee or Oyster bracelet. QC photos showing the bezel colour transition under direct light are included in every dispatch approval.
Case finishing on the GMT-Master II is correct for the reference: brushed centre links on the Jubilee bracelet, polished outer links, brushed case body and polished bezel lugs. The date window at 3 o'clock carries the same Cyclops magnification, checked against the 2.5x standard in QC.
